bids are invited for work is urgently required repair/service of vehicle of ba no 18c-107428w tata xenon - (a) complete servicing of the vehicle includind replacement o the following u/s parts:- (i) s/f fuel filter -02 nos.(ii)s/f oil filter-01 nos. (iii) s/f air filter-01 nos(iv)coolent-02 ltr. (v) supply and replacement of engine oil -6.5 ltr as recommended bycompany.(b) opening of the radiator from the vehicle and cleaning it with chemical as required or suitable , welding the damaged pipe with new pipe checking for leakage and refixing it back- 01 job(c) m & l for dismantling to the rear & front tyres both side from the veh and fixing it again after greasing with the company recommended bearing grease grade ii and replacing the following parts: - (i) s/f of seals - 04 no (ii) s/f of bearing -04 no (inner) (iii) s/f of bearing -04 no (outer) (iv) proper cleaning the coupling and joints and greesing it with company recommended grease. -01 job(d) dismnatling the rear mud guard from the vehicle and removing the dent from lower body of the vehicle complete with painting it with the old existing colour and polishing it as orignal. -01 job note :- old material will be property of contractor and alredy deduct against demolition for rs 1000/- total quantity : 1
