bids are invited for hiring of 30 seater ac shuttle bus - providing 30 seater or more ac bus on hire on fixed monthly charges per month per 12 hours a day for all the days including sunday and national holidays as per terms and conditions attached. vehicle reporting hrrl pachpadra site office/camp office/jodhpur or as per the instruction of the officer incharge - type of vehicle:diesel driven ac bus with company body make : tata/eicher / ashok leyland / m&m or equivalent , with no modification in the body, modeljanuary 2018 or later (vehicle running kms shall not be more than 3,00,000 kms ) on fixed monthly hiring basis. the rates shall include wages to driver,helper (cleaner),fuel cost, insurance and maintenance cost for the vehicle. duty hours: 12 hrs a day & 7 days a week, boarding point and drop point : as per the instructions of the officer in chargeno. of fixed kms : 6000 kms per month and 18000 kms per quarterthe vehicle should be registered as tourist vehicle. driver shall have hvd transport driving license. driver should be well aware of the refinery internal roads and roads in balotra, township, pachpadra, jodhpur, barmer. fitness certificate of the rto etc. driving within refinery site premise within 20 kms/hr , extra kms - rate per km if bus (6000 km) is used for more than 18000 km in a quarter. , extra hours beyond 12 hrs - rate per extra hour for ac bus beyond 12 hours/day usage total quantity : 1
