hiring of cht at af stn hasimara under ge ( p ) ( af ) hasimara , note 1: ( applicable for all parts/items ) : the bidders/ contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates . note 2:- attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised boq if published during their bid submission . uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised boq shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected . fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender . , hiring of cht for 02 nos of non ac swift dezire/ indigo or equivelent sedan type vehicles with driver , fuel including maintenance of vehicles for office of the ge ( p ) ( af ) hasimara on monthly basis @ 1500km/ month/ vehicle or @ 08 hours/ day/ vehicle ( average working days 25 days/ month/ vehicle and average running @ 60km/ day/ vehicle ) complete all as specified and directed . , ( a ) cost of fuel required everyday , lubricants , coolant , brakefluid , distilled water for battery , brake oil etc . shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted . ( b ) each vehicles as mentioned above with driver for performing 08 hrs duty per day ( 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs or as directed by engr-in-charge ) upto 60km run per working day as and when required including essential duty on holiday /sunday due to operational reasons/vip visits etc complete all as specified and directed . ( c ) duty beyond 08hrs shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here in after . ( d ) fraction of hours more than 30 minutes will be considered as 1 hr and less than 30 minutes will be considered 1/2 hr . ( e ) in case , run of vehicle is less than 60km on a particular day or in several days , such lesser run shall be added for each successive day for the purpose of commutation and the cummulative total shall be counted for ascertaining total monthly run . however overall run per month shall not exceed 1500 km limit in a month . ( f ) any km run below 1500 km limit in a particular month shall be recovered @ rs . 4 . 50/ km . , add to item no 2 . 00 for extra hours 10 hours/ month or 110hours/ 11 months for 02 nos vehicles .
