bids are invited for item 1 - 1. services for operation of ivrs system installed at main complaint cell at chandimandir cantt which includes the following :(a).deployment of the data entry operator/ computer operator round the clock including sunday and holidays in three shifts each day notexceeds 8 hrs daily. having minimum qualification secondary with 2 yrs experience in computer application. the contractor should ensure following :-(a).updating the daily complaints and their status. (b).segregation of e/m, b/r complaints( sub division wise).(c).preparing individual files weekly monthly subdivision wise as directed. (d).irrespective of functioning of system, the contractor shall carry out periodical servicing maint of the entire system with the periodically of 30 days proper record shall be maintained duly signed by je, age, ge and contractor.(e).any shoftware trouble shooting required for any antivirus shall be responsibility of the contractors.notes :- (i)total period of amc is 990 shifts (nine hundred ninety) shifts. (ii) shift timing- 1st 0800 to1600 hours, 2nd 1600 to 2400 hours and 3rd 2400 to 800 hours. (iii)panel charge @ rs 500/- per shift shall be charged for non-deployment of data entry operator in addition to disallowing payment for the absence period. (iv)panel charge @200/- per shift of 8 hours shall be charged for non-documentation as specified above. (v) average complaints per day of 24 hours are 300 nos.
