(all the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 kv xlpe cable) 6 cable laying by drill method single circuit in hdpe pipe including fixing of cable route marker with difference of 50 mtr. at time of cable laying with complete engraved details of 33 kv line and depth of 33 kv cable. 7 cable laying by drill method single circuitincluding fixing of cable route marker with difference of 50 mtr. at time of cable laying with complete engraved details of 33 kv line and depth of 33 kv cable. 8 hoisting of 33 kv 3x300 sq. mm. xlpe cable on double pole with gi pipe of size 6 dia 3 m longincluding its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. 9 fixing of 33 kv o/d or i/dcable jointing kit 10 part b ( reconductoring of 2 km overhead line of 33 kv panwadiya and gaurding from railway x-ing to indra chowk) 11 carriage of following line materials for 33 kv line from any store centre of bareilly zone, bareilly to site of work including measuring, weighing, loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site. 12 st pole 11 mtr. long 13 33 kv cross arm 14 33 kv pin insulator 15 33 kv pin with nut 16 m.s. earthing rod 17 acsr dog conductor 18 gaurding angle 65x65x2950 19 g.i wire 8 swg 20 erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per resspo drawing. all types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor. 21 single support of st pole 11mtr long. 22 concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.all matrial would be provided by the contractor. 23 laying and sagging of 3 phase acsr dog conductor from double pole upto the gentry at 132kv substation / 33kv substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect. 24 safe dismentling of old & rotten acsr dog conductor of existing 33 kv panwadiya line between railway crossing to indra chowkwithout damage of any insulator, cross arm, clamp etc. of existing 33 kv line. 25 earthing of each s.t poles of the line is to be done by inserting the ms earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with gi wire to each support by nut & bolt. earthing rod must be 0.15mtr.above from the plinth of the support. all type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor. 26 fabrication and fixing of guarding angle on single/double poles, stringing and sagging of three nos. earth/gi wire with cardle guarding of above 33 kv line as per resspo norms including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks. shifting of existing line conductor of 11 kv/lt line to maintain proper clearance in between both lines (all required material will be provided by the contractor except guarding angle and earth/gi wire). 27 dismantaling of existing damage gaurding of 33 kv panwadiya line. 28 painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of isi mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of post office red paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) paint and material would be given by contractor to complete the job. 29 single pole of s.t pole . 30 fixing of danger board and number plate on each location and g.i barbed wire including proper clamping and providing anti climbing device by using including supply of the above items. 31 loading. unloading and safe carrige of old & rotten dog conductor (almost 2 km.) scrap gi wire (50 kg.) from site to store center, badaun (distance upto approx 5 km).
