tender for manufacturing supply of en-8 impeller shaft and ms socket for 30 cusec capacity vt pump unit no. f at mmps under bdps.- 1 disconnection of power cable from motor terminal box after taking necessary precaution and keep it safe position without damaging it 2 decoupling the motor from pump side and retched liver and removing all over attachment with the motor 3 de bolting the motor base plate and lifting the motor with special arrangement and keep it on the wooden block inside the pumping station. 4 lifting the pump unit step by step carefully and all the dismantled accessories should be kept inside the pumping station. 5 lifting all the column pipe from its position and cleaning. 6 supply of chemically tested en-8 materials to size 65 mm. dia. x 2000 mm long, ultrasonically sound. wt. 48 kg. 7 loading the blank shaft in the machine with centering. 8 turning of the shaft as per sample using heavy duty lathe machine.. 9 grinding of the shaft to maintain the close tolerance of the bearing portion & to maintaining fine finish. 10 thread cutting both side of the shaft to match with impeller jam nut & bearing lock nut. 11 making of key way both side of the shaft as per sample one side for impeller and one side for coupling. 12 manufacturing shaft socket to size 65 mm. dia. x 304 mm long including machining & internal thread cutting. 13 lower down the pump unit step by step with all other components like shaft, bush bearing etc. with tools and tackles. 14 motor to be fixed on its original position carefully and tightening the foundation bolt and other allied components to be fixed to their original position. 15 coupling the aforesaid motor with proper alignment with required nut and bolts. 16 all cable to be connected and trial run for thorough checking and correcting of all the assembled parts and whole system of the pump. 17 transportation cost for parts which are to be machined, from mmps to machine shop and vice versa.
