(lot no.19), 1 12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all l/m, t&p etcincluding the dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theengineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 2 scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m. 3 providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 one priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper includingsupply of all materials, labour and t&p etc.required for proper completion of work. 5 paintingor varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superiorquality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of work .(paint to be used should conform to the isi no -103-1950.) 6 providing & applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
