tender for repairing and finishing works in chiriya angan at e-in- c office, cantt road, lucknow. - 12 mm cement plaster in single coat in building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all l/m, t&p etcincluding the dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theengineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 2 scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m. 3 providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 finishing walls with premiumacrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm)over existing cement paint surface (apex ultima, weather coatall guard) 5 paintingor varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superiorquality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of work .(paint to be used should conform to the isi no -103-1950.)
