the work under deposit scheme in area of electricity urban distribution division-ii, gorakhpur- 1 loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from store centre, gorakhpur to je dump store and je dump store to work site with proper stacking :- 2 pcc pole 8.5 meter long 3 stp pole 11 meter long 4 stp pole 9 meter long 5 acsr dog conductor 6 acsr weasel conductor 7 aerial bunch conductor 8 11 kv cross arm 9 11 kv disc insulator with fitting 10 11 kv pin insulator with fitting 11 11 kv top channel 12 11 kv dropper angle 13 11 kv ss base channel 14 11 kv t -off channel 15 11 / 0.4 kv, 25 / 63 / 100 kva ( capacity may can vary ) 16 stay with 5 kg. wire with all fitting complete 17 earthing complete 18 11 kv tpmo set 19 11 kv fuse set 20 lt pvc cable ( size may can vary ) 21 lt three phase distribution box 22 the excavation of 2 no foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories ( top channel, dropper angle etc. ) as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.grouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) .making plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. all work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 23 erection of single pcc pole 8.5 mtr longall required materials such as holding clamp / lt clamp / f bracket, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. 24 erection of single stp 11 / 9 mtr longall required materials such as holding clamp / lt clamp / f-bracket, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. 25 supply offollowing material / fitting complete in all respect :- 26 lt piercing connector 27 clamps for lt distribution box with nut & bolts 28 dead end clamp insulated 29 suspension clamp insulated 30 lt cable 1x35 sq mm 31 laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of conductor for lt / 11 kv line with providing and fixing of lt clamps / other clamps, shackle insulator, f bracket and nuts &bolts off size by the contractor as per required. 32 acsr dog conductor 33 acsr weasel conductor 34 aerial bunch cable 35 painting of pole by double coating aluminium & red oxide paint. paint will beprovided by contractor 36 earthing of st pole by ms earthing rod & 6 swg earthing wire as per respo norms. 37 fabrication, erection, commissioning & testing of 25 / 63 / 100 kva t / f on double pole / plinth with all accessories including make its lt and ht connection. all neessary materials such as al. lugs, z clamp will be supplied by the contractor. ( capacity may vary ) 38 chemical earthing of transformer ( body+neutral ) as per is code 3043 - 1987 specification ( materials will be provided by contractor ) 39 erection and grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire ( complete work ) 40 erection of 11 kv d.o. fuse set 41 erection of 11 kv tpmo
