preventive maintenance armo residential and non residential buildings at regional centre nsg rajarhat kolkata during 2020 21 sh preventive maintenance , attending various jobs such as brooming/cleaning/moping of floors by mechanical and manual means , opening and cleaning of choked sewers , drains , manholes , gully traps , road gull , chambers , water closets , floor traps , wash basin , wall/floor tiles of toilet block , kitchen sink including vertical shafts rainwater pipes etc and cleaning with acid/biodegradable chemical/detergent and other duties such as helper of capenter , plumber etc . as and when required as per satisfaction and direction of engineer-in-charge including disposal of silt/malba/waste garbage etc to the dumping ground or outside the campus complete . ( all work attending during 9 am to 6 pm daily for a month by 5 sweeper & 1 sewer man shall be treated as one job ) , attending various carpentary related jobs like adjusting door closers , easing out of doors/windows /ventilators , fixing of fittings and fixtures of doors/windows/ventilators and repair of partitions etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . ( all work attended during 9 am to 6 pm daily for a month by one carpentor ) , attending various plumbing related jobs like fixing of sanitary fitting like cistern , valves , connecting geysers , pillar cocks , stop cocks , bib cocks , gi pipes , waste pipes , wc pans and mixers of all kind of showers and others fittings complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . ( all work attended during 9 am to 6 pm daily for a month by one plumber shall be treated as one job )
