annual repair maintenance of resi and non resi buildings at 28 scg nsg hyderabad during the year 2020-21 labour services , labour services , attending various plumbing related jobs like fixing of sanitary fitting like flush valves , connecting geysers , pillar cocks , stop cocks , bib cocks , gi pipes , waste pipes , cisterns , wc pans and mixersof all kind of showers and others fittings complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . ( all work attended by one plumber shall be treated as one job ) skilled plumber , attending various jobs such as opening and cleaning of choked sewers , drains , man holes , gully traps , road gull , chambers , water closets , floor traps , wash basin , kitchen sink including vertical stacks rainwater pipes etc and cleaning with acid / biodegradable chemical / detergent whenever required as per satisfaction of occupant and direction of engineer-in-charge including disposal of silt / malba / waste garbage etc to the dumping ground complete . ( skilled ) , providing services of gardener ( superwiser mali ) for daily maintenance of horticulture works , deploying all tradesmen for maintenance work ( civil / elect / hort ) , identification of dead and dried plants & leafs sprinkling pesticides and insecticides , preparing and applying manure , chemical and required fertilizers ( skilled ) , providing services of gardener ( mali ) for maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i . e . lawn trees , shrubs , hedge , flower beds , foliages , creepers etc . including hoeing , weeding pruning replacement of plants , gap filling , watering , mowing of lawn , grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste , applying insecticide , pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required ) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works ( unskilled )
