tender for replacement of existing defective spares by new one suit in the extg. v.t. pump no-3 with machining and polishing the same including reassembling and alignment also at llps of grww.- 1 dismantling of motor from the existing sole plate by removal of power cable coupling bolts and foundation bolts and as per specification &direction of eic. 2 removal of the gland packing box assembly and stacking the same on the suitable place as per direction of the eic. 3 disconnection of the pump discharge branch from the delivery line and lifting the total pump assembly after removing top screw between a v discharge head and sole plate by removing top column. discharge elbow assembly including all shaft, coupling and sleeve & the base assembly stage by stage resting the pump assembly on proper support ( required ms channels to provide support to pump assembly and all mechanical tools and tackles e.g. 2nos. 10 ton hydraulic jacks, gas cutter etc. as needed to execute this work are has been providedby the contractor ) as per direction of eic. 4 scraping, cleaning and painting of the both inside and outside of the column pipes & discharge elbow & outside of bowel assembly by 2 coats of anti-corrosive black paint of approved quality applied over a red-oxide primer as per direction of the eic. 5 reinstallation of the motor stool with proper alignment with line shaft and making connection of the cooling pipe, pressure gauge ( contractorssupplied ) etc. all complete as per direction of the eic. 6 removal of the motor stood and tbh unit and stacking them in repairing bay as per direction of the eic. 7 opening out and dismantling the individual components of the pump set including bowel assembly and proper cleaning of the parts as perdirection of the eic. 8 cleaning the inner and outer surface of motor stood and av-discharge head and painting the surface by synthietic enamel paint of approvedquality and colour by hand spray as per direction of the eic 9 estimated amount 10 add: 9%sgst 11 add: 9%cgst 12 1% lwc
