cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal ) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in peremixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well remmed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 2 repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including paving bitumen over black bitumenous surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 4 m&l preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all losse dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosite grade bitumen vg 10 @ 5kg / 10 sqm , complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m&l for premix bituminous, macadam with 4 % binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen ( vg-10 ) any penetration, laid / rolled and campected to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) as level correction, in paving bitumen any penetration, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. note : ( i ) work shall be executed as per design mix govt approved lab ( nabl ) / govt engg college as approved by ge ( ii ) the binder content specified is minimum any variation in binder content during mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. 6 m&l preparingblack top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all losse dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosite grade bitumen vg 10 @ 10kg / 10 sqm , complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 7 m&l providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using mechanical paver with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen ( vg-10 ) , rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and campacted to required camber and gradient , complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.note : ( i ) work shall be executed as per design mixas approved by ge ( ii ) the binder content specified is minimum any variation in binder content during mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. 8 m&l for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs-3262-1889 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instrucation, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 9 supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector of model no da 972.0 fixed with and including ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 10 supply and fixing of convex mirror curcular of size 800mm dia made with abs body, lens / mirror with unbreakable polycarbonate fixed with clamp with 50mm die ms pole of 5 feet long, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 11 m&l for painting lines dashes arrows letter etc on roads pavements and kerb stones and similar articles as required at site with road marking paint exc 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 12 s&f in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm ( shank 65mm ) of high afficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v / 0.3 watt one ni- ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2v / 1600ma ) consisting of super bright led with 10, 000 to 18, 000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc, all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge. 13 s&f repair metal tubular dealineator made of abs round body fitted with 2 nos 65mm dia higly reflective retiectors made out of pama and mounted on 45 / 50mm dia steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector redium tape 25mm wide stris within any theft steel net for refector protection including embedding in pcc 1:2 ( 150mmx 150mmx300mm ) type b1, all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge.
