defect rectification of e-60 , e-61 and e-62 onboard icgs c-150 , engineering , e-060 : ac compressor no . 1 not developing oil pressure despite maintaining working oil level and making abnormal noise , suspect oil pump assembly defective . ac plant not getting tripped even after differential oil pressure is equal to suction pressure . defect to be rectified and plant to be proved . in way job includes replacement of defective oil pump , oil strainer , valve reeds , and bearings . all consumables including compressor oil , refrigerant gas , nitrogen for pressure testing to be supplied by firm . ( ac compressor make:- cariyle , model: 06da537 ) , e-061 : ac compressor no . 02 making abnormal noise while running , not able to pump down the plant and is developing low lub oil pressure . suspect reed mechanism , oil pump assembly including valve plate assembly defective . same to be renewed and fitted post fitment of reed mechanism , valve plate assembly and lub oil pump assembly plant to be vacuum and pressure tested and proved for satisfactory operation . ( ac compressor make:- cariyle , model: 06da537 ) , e-062 : following defects observed in ac system to be rectified:- ( a ) temperature sensor pocket with thermometer to be fabricated on discharge line of ac compressor no . 1 . ( b ) 12 angle valves are deteroited and leaking from gland same to be renewed as per sample . ( c ) sea water interlock switch deteriorated/not working same to be replaced as per sample . ( d ) oil separator of compressor no . 01 not working and continuously passing hot gasses to suction side resulting increase in discharge temperature . suspect float valve of oil separator malfunctioning same to be repaired/ replaced ( e ) 02 in nos . sea water valves not holding and deteriorated due to aging same to be replaced as per sample .
