special repair / resurfacing of campus road and pathways in kv no. 2 jalandhar cantt under ge ( west ) jrc please refer tender documents; 1 demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified 2 m&l surface excavation n.exc ( not exceeding ) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft / loose soil. 3 m / l 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type d-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified 4 m & l for 25mm thick sand couhning under paver block complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l machine pressed precast coloured concrete coloured interlocking paver blocksany shape and size confirming of is 15658: 2006 of 60mm thick , m-35 laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment. 6 removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed by eic 7 demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles all as specified. 8 m&l for brick work with sub class b old size bricks straight or curved on plan to anyradius with old sizebrick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified. 9 m&l for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concretesurface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified 10 material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal ) and making good applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ 10kg per ten sqm, putting semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% of binder by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge. 11 m&l preparing old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kgs per 10 square metre of road surface and providing 30 mm thick ( consolidated thickness ) semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% of binder by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. 12 m&l pre-cast cement concrete kerb stones machine made ( 1:2:4 ) type b1 of size 300mm x100mm x 200mm using 20mm graded stone aggr set in cement mortar 1:6 on side of road including necessary excavation and embedding in ground to the required depth as directed and temping around after filling earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as spd and directed. 13 supply and fixsolar cat eye aluminum alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm ( shank 65mm ) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v / 0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2v / 1600ma ) consisting of super bright led with 10, 000 to 18, 000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. 14 m&l for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to concrete surfaces ( kerb stones ) of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described 15 m & l for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed
