mechanized housekeeping services for new terminal building and other ancillary building at dr . babasaheb ambedkar international airport nagpur . year ( 2020-21 ) , environmental support services ( housekeeping ) and maintenance of terminal building complex and other ancillary building ( excluding toilet ) including scrubbing and cleaning of floor , cleaning of glass panels , wall false ceiling , polishing of metal surfaces etc . using approved make chemicals etc complete with labour material and equipments as required as per per scope of work . daily shift wise ( minimum 3 times ) should be cleaned and as per movement of passanger whichever is applicable and instructed by in - charge . area 19000 sqmt , environmental support services ( housekeeping ) and maintenance of toilet block in terminal building complex and other ancillary building ( excluding toilet ) including scrubbing and cleaning of floor , cleaning of glass panels , wall , false ceiling , tiles , polishing of metal surfaces etc . including providing of toilet paper , hand paper roll , soap , sanitary cubes , freshner sticks etc using only approved make of chemicals and toiletries and items etc complete . with labour material and equipment as required , floor area 690 sqmt , gents toilet 18 nos , ladies toilet 12 nos , common toilet 08 nos , ph toilet 08 nos . total number of urinal bowls - 95 nos , wc- 100 nos , wash basin - 105 nos . shift wise minimum 3 times should be cleaned and as per movement of passanger whichever is applicable and as instructed by in - charge . area 690 sqmt , environmental support services ( up - keeping ) and maintenance of paved / mettaled areas , foothpath on city side and airside area of terminal building complex , apron area , approach road , parking area , city side area etc . including removal of grass / roots / shrubs etc completes . daily cleaning / sweeping of area 1 , 44 , 200 sqmt . daily shift wise . area 144200 sqmt , note:- a ) gst will be reimbursed after producing original document evidences b ) price shall be valid for period of one year . however on revision of minimum wages , contractor may request in writing for enhancement of minimum wages accordingly to the client which shall be considered and agree if found reasonably by the client . c ) the quoated consolidated monthly amount price shall be inclusive of all charges , including contribution towards esi , pf , gratuity , bonus , substitutes . its shall be insludes cost of traing and uniform of manpower . d ) total manpower deployment - 60 nos .
