corrigendum - interior area housekeeping services at passenegre terminal building , atc , cargo complex , office building and ancilary building for kannur international airport , providing housekeeping services for interior area at international terminal building , kannur international airport ltd . as per the technical specification and special conditions of contract . , first year , second year , third year , providing additional services by providing manpower for the operation of viewers gallery , telephone booth , inline screening support and also housekeeping services at trivandrum laison office of kannur airport . the deployment of manpower shall be 3 nos . for viewers gallery , 4 nos . for telephone booth , 6 nos . for inline screening support and 2 nos . for housekeeping at laison office , trivandrum . ( the rate shall include all statutory wages and other social security/labour welfare measures ) , first year , second year , third year , rate for additional housekeeping works ( rate per square per month for 3 shift operations ) . this rate shall be valid through out the contract period ) , mechanized environmental support services ( mess ) ( up- keeping ) and maintenance of terminal complex ( excluding toilets ) including scrubbing and cleaning , wet and dry vaccum cleaning of floors , internal/external walls including cleaning of metal accessories/surfaces etc . complete with labour , materials & machines has required as per scope of work .
