supply of 2 nos 320kva diesel generator set for taluk hospital kundara kollam district , dg set , supply transportation, loading & unloading, testing and commissioning, of 3phase., 320kva 433v, 0.8pf. 50hz, 1500rpm dg prime rated diesel generator sets as detailed below and as shown on drawings. water cooled diesel generating set comprising diesel engine, alternator, fuel tank, starting system, battery, electronic governor, etc. with all accessories as required. the generator set shall have an integral type acoustic enclosure as per latest cpcb norms. smoke exhaust emission from diesel engines shall comply with the latest emission standards. generator set shall be inclusive of flywheel, flexible direct coupling, air cleaner, fire and corrosion resistant coating applied in two coats with necessary primer, fan with guard, fuel pump, fuel filter, electrical starting system with starter, 24v battery with 240 / 24v charger, instrument panel, rpm indicator, residential silencer, etc. the control panel shall be floor mounted dust and vermin proof with suitably rated, 630 a, 4pole, 50 35ka, mccb complete with all necessary relays, cts, control wiring, 3x240v, cl 0.5s energy meter etc. scope shall include first filling of oil up to 500 litres of 990 litre capacity diesel tank for commissioning of the dg set.
