operation, guarding, cleaning including daily / periodic maintenance etc. of sewage water pumping equipment and articles etc at mps-ii ( truck terminal ) and mps – i ( queen cinema ) under budge budge municipality- 1 round the clock operation & minormaintenance of sewage water pumping equipment and articles etc at mps-ii ( truck terminal ) and mps – i ( queen cinema ) with adequate nos of personel for each month as per direction of the eic. 2 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. ( twice a week ) 3 checking of all the electricalparts including battery bankand preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic . ( twice a week ) 4 supervision of all the staffs & look after the entire pump house to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechanical equipments and conveying the same to the eic or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame . ( twice a week ) 5 supply, delivery and fixing of the consumables materials for smoth maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipments viz replacement of panel items like mccb, contractor, timer unit, fuse, vss, ass, indicating lamp, withdrawing and repairing of pm set, repairing ofyard light etc, the ratewill be followed as per schedule of rates of electrical works kmda ( part-i, april92-93 ) with amendments by e&m sector, kmda, pwd schedule of rates ( 2017 or currenly published ) , schedule of rates for electrical-mechanical works ( volume-1 ) of ud govt. of west bengal and as per rates approved by the approving authority of kmda time to time as per direction of eic. 6 cleaning of pump house & the equipment including supply ofconsumables like soap, phenyl, duster, mop etc 7 clearing compound premises of shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed ( specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary ) .
