( 03 copies or as directed ) . 4 . preparation and submission of detailed drawings for furniture arrangement . 5 . preparation and submission of final working architectural drawings comprising of detailed interior decoration design , electrical fittings & fixtures and furniture in hard copy and cd format ( 03 copies or as directed ) . 6 . preparation of boq including finalization of specification based on the approved drawings . 7 . obtaining necessary approvals/clearance from goa state government authorities and other relevant statutory authorities .
