providing green building consultancy services and other required consultancies for construction of food and drug administrative and laboratory building ( g plus 6 ) at civil lines , nagpur ., providing consaltancy services for green architecture services with preparation & designing of interior architecture of building and preparation of detailed estimate for all components of internal furniture arrangement including interior decoration with preparation of landscape architecture including green building conseltancy and preparation and design of heat , ventilation & air conditioning ( hvac ) of building , preparation of detailed design of rain water harvesting , design of fire fightening arrangments with obtaining noc from nmc , preparation of accoustical arrangements for auditorium , preparation & design with detailed estimate of dm water plant & preparation & design of solar system in the building ( excluding preparation of architectural drawings & rcc design of proposed work ) with submission of five copies ( for each item ) of coloured drawings and copy of drawings on c . d . ( soft copy ) and obtaining approval from nmc , griha council & p . w . department . co-ordination between local body/state entity for obtaining various permissions & clearance and supervising work till completion of the work . also will be part of the work as per the terms & conditions of elegibility criteria of empanelment of consultant/architect and to follow instructions as directed by engineer in charge .
