repair of 33 / 11 kv, 2 mva transformer at 33 kv mrs dronachal, bhopal , disconnecting all eletrical connections from transformer and dismantling the components of transformer for easy loading transportation unloading the unserviceable transfomer 2 mva, 33 / 11 kv copper wound from 33 kv mrs dronachal area to workshop and back including installation, testing and commissioning after repairs including painting of complete transfomer and its mounting structure complete all as specified and as directed. make: areva, sr no. / makers no. of transformer - tnlk-2928 / d6638, mes no:6763329tr07. , labour only for opening the top cover of transformer and carrying out the following work / repairs by specialist / reputed transformer manufacturer or repairing firm:- ( a ) removing of transformer oil from transformer into separate barrels. ( b ) taking out the core assembly with hv & lv windings of the transformer. ( c ) cleaning the transformer from inside of tank as per manufacturers guidleines and painting with one coat of zinc paint as per manufacturers norms. ( d ) ovening in vapour phase drying oven at factory workshop for 72 hrs. ( e ) decoiling of old hv & lv copper windings retrived from core assembly and providing the new paper insulation over the old copper wire. ( f ) filling of new transformer oil complete with quantity 1485 ltrs approx. ( g ) reassembling of winding over the core of the transformer. ( h ) replacement of bushings, spindle, oil levelindicator, winding temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, drain valve, breather etc. ( j ) refixing of transformer top cover with new gasket, nut-bolts etc complete. ( k ) testing and repair of radiator complete against any type of leakage and carry out soldering / brazing if required to stop the leakage. note:- ( i ) transformer oil, hv and lv windings shall be measured and paid separately. ( ii ) routine test, high voltage test, buchholtz relay tripping test and all other mandatory tests shall be carried out in the presence of rep nominated by hq cwe bhopal at factory premises. ( iii ) the quoted rate are inclusive of all minor spare parts that are required to make function electrically to transformewr and not mentioned in sch a boq.
