bids are invited for replacement work - 1. m&l for dehydration including filtration of transformer oil using dehydration filtration plant including acidity testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and directed. (the dielectric strength to be achieved more than 40 kv at 2.5 mm gap after completion of dehydration and filtration). (1959 litrs)note:- (i) dehydration of transformeroil in the transformer shall be carried out on the site by dehydration machine. (ii) all the labour work like disconnection of cable and reassemble & drum etc. has to be carried out by contractorunder their own arrangement.(iii) prepare chart of each transformer before and after dielectric strength , make oftransformer oil as approved.(iv) sample of treated oil 500ml stored in bottle and given to gvt rep. 2. toping up/ filling of new transformer oil in different transformer complete all as specified and as directed. ( 500 litrs) , repair - opening the transformercover of capacity 3.15mva mes no 559-k/3172-tr/08 and manufacturers no jn-13470/1along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts , removing the internal h.t. & l.t. connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank, removing out burnt hv and lv windings from the core assembly, cleaning of core assembly with carbon tetra chloride solution including necessary repairs for the unserviceable transformers having ratio 11 / 0.433 kv, draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with carbon tetra chloride solution for the transformers , rewinding of hv and lv coils with suitable size super enameled copper wire / copper / aluminum strip (as existing) having suitable class insulation material, heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank, after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal h.t. & l.t. connections by fixing the studs, bushing, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil complete all as specified & directed.note : (i) replacement of unserviceable spare parts &spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items.(ii) transformer oil with die electric strength not less than 40 kv either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this job. , rewinding - 4 m & l for rewinding of transformer ,including dismantling and drain out transformer oil, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable 33 kv ht side coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enameled copper wire including drying, baking etc complete and assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformercomplete with filtration and refill the transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete for :- (a) transformer 3.15 kva capacity per limb1 job5 m&l for transportation and lifting of transformer 11kv/433v of capacity up to 3.15 mva including loading and unloading by suitable capacity crane to workshop for repair as abovein a load carrier vehicle from electrical installations at varunapuri /nofra area to workshop and returning back to site at its existing installation place all as specified and as directed. job 1 , repair & replacement - 6 replacement of unserviceable lv bushings 433v of suitable size for outdoor/ indoor type transformerupto & incl 3.15 kvacapacity complete all as specified and directedeach 17 replacement of unserviceable hv bushings 11kv of suitable size for outdoor type transformer upto & incl 3.15 mvacapacity complete all as specified and directedeach 18 replacement of unserviceable brass stud (for lt 433v side) of suitable size complete with one check nut, two nuts, washers and rubber seal, all as per sample for outdoor/indoor type transformer upto & incl 3.15 kvacapacity complete all as specified and directedeach 19 replacement of unserviceable brass stud (for ht 11kv side) of suitable size complete with one check nut, two nuts, washers and rubber seal, all as per sample for outdoor/indoor type transformerupto & including 3.15 kvacapacity complete all as specified & directed each 110 s&f in replacement breather assembly for transformer of capacity 3.15 mva all as per existing complete all as specified & directed each 1 total quantity : 1
