wet drilling arrangement of holes in the roof by providing 02 nos. hydraulic power pack drilling arrangement for installation of full column grouting roof bolts with resin capsule as grouts material in 40le19d development panel at mk ( top ) seam of b-hiring of 2nos. dgms approved portable hydraulic wet drilling arrangement drill 1.5 to 1.8 mtr. of hole in roof or side in underground gallery of roof bolts with resin capsule and fitting of bearing plate and tightening of nut bolts grouted should be complete with the test as per dgms circular ( dia of hole 27 mm, depth of hole -1.5 to 1.8 mtr for roof bolting. ) particulars:1.roof bolt rod, bearing plate, resin capsule, electric power, and water will be supply by departmentally ( free of cost ) 2. transportation of roof bolts rod, bearing plate, nuts, resin capsule, power cable, water hoses and shifting of power pack and drill machine shall be done by the contractor. 3. hydraulic hoses, water pump for wet drilling & hoses from power pack to drill machine shall be supplied by contractor.4. hydraulic oil for power pack shall be supplied by contractor.5. hydraulic drill, drill rod, drill bits, hydraulic machine with power pack & other necessary parts / hoses etc of the mechanised hydraulic drilling machine required there in will be provided by the contractor.6. all maintenance & related shifting will be done by contractor. 7. all elctrical installation like switch / control panel, cables will be done by contractor.8. contractor will deploy workers as required under the provision of mines act 1952 and will be resposible to follow the provisions of cmr / cmpf / cmps and other applicable laws and by laws.
