tender for supporting of roof by mechanised drilling (by providing hydraulic roof bolter) 1.8 mtr long hole in hard pebble ferrous roof with 27mm drill bit for anchoring of 20/22 mm dia roof bolts with resin capsule, fitting of bearing plates, w-strap & tightening of nuts and testing of installed roof bolts as per ssr in mk seam development panel & uk bottom seam depillaring p-1 panel and advance support at bhadra 7&8 mine, bhadra sub area, jamuna kotma area. bolts grouted should be completed with the test as per dgms circular junction support roof bolts grouting should be completed with w-strap. (1) assistance in anchoring testing of 10% installation of rood bolts, roof bolts anchoring machine will be provided by company and manpower will be provided by contractor. (2) contractor will provide sufficient nos. of hydraulic power pack machine in well maintained condition so support work can be done in all working faces he will also provide sufficient no. of manpoer in all shifts. (3)hydraulic drill machine, drill rod, drill bit and other necessary parts/hoses etc. of the mechanised hydraulic drilling machine required there in will be done by contractor. (4) roof bolt rod, bearing plate, nut, resign capsule, electric power will be provided by department (water source will be provided at panel and its supply up to machine will be the contractor responibility). (5).transportation of roof bolts rod, w-strap, bearing plates, nut, resign capsule, power cable, water hoses and shifting of power pack shall be done by contractor. (6)power cable and water hoses from power pack to be drill machine shall be supplied by conractor drill nut and drill bit will be provided by the contractor. (7). hydrraulic oil for power pack shall be supplied by contractor. (8). all maintanance and related shifting will be done by contractor.
