repairing, rectification, maintenance & overhauling works with spares of one akgi make tugger haulage assembly of 7, 8 incline of dhori ( k ) colliery, ( local sl no- akgi / th / e&m / 01 ) -1.01 akgi tugger haulage shaft damaged bearing seats welding & machining as per bearing size & alignment checking, straightening, polishing, threads cleaning. 1.02 damaged bearing housing seat of haulage drum mounting bracket welding by c.i electrodes & machining std size 1.03 2nd motion 64teeth pinion damaged & broken teeth repairing & re- buildup by cast steel special teeth making electrodes & its shaping by grinding & matching with 16 teeth drive pinion for akgi make tugger haulage. 1.04 tugger gear bearing housing damaged bearing seat c.i welding & machining as per bearing size. 1.05 haulage drum damaged & worn-out bearing seat repairing by c.i welding & machining by hand operated lathe machine. 1.06 gun metal thrust bearing new making with casting, machining, boring, grooving for drum balancing. 1.07 old & damaged brake lining cutting & fixing as required size. 1.08 brake lining complete new making with liner. 1.09 tugger haulage sun pinion, star pinion, drive pinion, master pinion all teeth’s checking one by one & its cheeps cleaning by grinding/shaping 1.1 all threads cleaning, new threads making, over size threads making. 1.11 repair kit like as keys, locks, h.t allen bolts, hexagonal head bolts, spring washer. 1.12 all pinions, body & bearings cleaning, washing & greasing. 1.13 akgi haulage clutch & break operating accessories new making & fabricating like pins, clutch bolts, studs, adjusting handle, “u” gutki, bolts nuts. 1.14 complete dismantling, overhauling, greasing, resetting, assembling.
