comprehensive maintenance of passenger/goods lift at 21corps at dronachal bhopal , comprehensive , preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts ( 04 nos make : kone elevator india pvt ltd of 08 passennger/554 kg capacity each with travelling speed of 1 . 5 mtr/sec installed at 21 corps main building under ge dronachal as mentioned here-in-after , in reliable , safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy ( by manufacturer ( kone elevator india pvt ltd ) or agency authorised by them ) by regularly using latest techniques expertise consultancy by regularly examining , lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment , governor sleeve , shaft assembly , bearing/contact , governor jaws car & hall mechanical buttons , car & hall position indicators car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures , deflectors , car and counter weight guide rails and buffers etc including replacement of defecxtive/spares part s other thatn mentioned in sch- a item no-02 such as wire , lugs , nut , bolts , screws , hand rails , light luminaries , ventilating fan , holder lubricant , geear oil aircord , landing wheel aircord wheel , rubber bush , rail guide shoe , all typers of control panel & all type of their cards i . e air commutation card , ttu card , computer card , harware card etc including welding , cutting drilling etc as and when required , complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge . , note:- ( a ) the cost of all replaced defective parts/spares , other that mentioned in sch a item no-2 , is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect . ( b ) the comprehensive/preventive/periodical maintenance includes weekly , fortnightly , monthly , quarterly , half yearly inspection/testing as per service manual . the inspection/test report will be submitted to engineer-in-charge . ( c ) the complete records of replaced spare parts , other than mentioned in sch a item no 2 , will be maintained and will be produced to engineer-in-charge on montly basis or as and when asked to produce the same . ( d ) the amc shall become in force immediately after issue of work order no 01 . the lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair/replacement of item to make it fully functional , other that mentioned in sch a item no-02 , is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect . ( e ) all the complaints will be addressed with in 02 hrs from the time of recipt of complaint if , contracxtor or his tradesment fails to attend the complained within 01 day from the time of recipt of complaint , the copensation/penalty of rs 500 . 00 ( rupees five hundred only ) per complaint per day for first 04 day and after that rs 1000 . 00 ( rs one thousand only ) per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractors dues . ( f ) all the compaints are required to be rectified within 24hrs within stipulated time given by the je/ engineer-in-charge . the decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding . ( g ) the cost of transportation ( to and from ) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect . ( h ) the contractor shall display his or his tradesmens/employees mobile/contract no in each lift car & at lift lobby and update from time to time . , supply , fixing , testing and commissioning if required at the later stage , in replacement of following spare parts suitable for 08 passenger lift , 544 kg capacity make : kone elevator india pvt ltd including taking down of old/unserviceable parts:- , ( a ) door drive , ( b ) battery 12 volt , 07 to 10 ah , maintenance free for automative rescure device , ( c ) flat belt for permanent magnet gearless machine , ( d ) led bulbs 3 watt with reflector , ( e ) oscillator switch , ( f ) synchronization switch , ( g ) rail oil , ( h ) alarm bell , m&l for eot crane incl repair/ replacement of connected items like steel wire , gear , greasing of pully and electrical connection all as directed by engr-in- charge .
