periodical preventive and comprehensive maintenance of lifts in sekhon vihar area at af stn palam under ge ( p ) af gurgaon , m&l for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger lifts installed at sekhon vihar palam of make-thyssenkrupp elevators ( india ) pvt ltd for ground + ten floors ( total eleven landings ) with electric power operated doors , auto electric levelling device of capacity 8 passenger lift installed in bldg nos ( 144 to 153 ) = total 10 nos complete all as specified and as directed . , m&l for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger lifts installed at sekhon vihar palam of make-thyssenkrupp elevators ( india ) pvt ltd for ground + ten floors ( total eleven landings ) with electric power operated doors , auto electric levelling device of capacity 13 passenger lift installed in bldg nos ( 144 to 153 ) = total 10 nos complete all as specified and as directed . , notes for ser item no . 1 & 2 ( a ) the above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as require for smooth and effcient functioning of the equipment/lift including replacement of unserviceable battries , unserviceable/broken fireman switch , cop and one lop in each lift other than regular wear & tear of spares shall be included in quoted rates . cost of all spares items shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates . any item that is not included in oem amc schedule but required at site for smooth operation of lift or any damage occured to any part accidentely shall also be provided by the contractor on his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account . ( b ) the maintenance of lift shall be carried out through oems as mentioned in scha note no -12 given on srl page no-15 of the tender documents and the tenderer has to submit intent of mou of the oem alongwith cover-i of tender and hard copy shall be submitted with application of tender , failing which cover-ii ( financial bid ) of tender shall not be opened . contractor shall conclude amc with oem and copy of the agreement shall be submitted to ge within 07 days of commencement of amc work , no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid amc agreement and failing of which contract shall be liable to be cancelled . , contd . . . /- notes for ser item no . 1 & 2 ( c ) the contractor/oem shall provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i . e . 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by enginr-in-charge . ( d ) the contractor shall obtain signature of authorized representative of ge and in token of satisfactory completion of defects . any minor complaint requiring no spare part , shall be rectified within 2 hour & if requiring minor parts , shall be rectified within 4 hrs . any major complaint requiring major spare part/repair , shall be rectified within 48 hours . in case delay in rectification of any complaint , a panel recovery shall be imposed upon the contractor as under ( i ) for minor complaint at the rate of rs 100/- per hour per lift . ( ii ) for major complaint of the lifts for more than 48 hours & up to 10 ( ten ) days , at the rate of rs . 5000/- per lift per day or part thereof and rs . 10000/- per lift per day or part thereof after 02 days .
