( h ) adequate numbers of visit of consultants expertise to site of work/office of dgnp ( v ) to be provided as and when directed at least 1-2 visits be planned in a quarter . ( j ) all state govt compliances shall be taken as per the law of the land . ( k ) local office with at least one civil engineer and one e&m engineer to be established within 15 days of getting the work order till finalisation of the contract . thereafter , minimum one rep to be available for griha-3 star rating . , preparation of tender documents for workshop and main technical building only ( area 2200 sqm ) with an aim to obtain griha registration , pre-certification and griha certification to achieve griha 3-star rating including organising , conducting , monitoring of site visits by griha experts for griha rating assessment , during currency of the project and after completion till handing over of certification as per griha policy .
