consultancy for structural design and calculation and preparation of comprehensive structural drawings , prep of arch drgs boq , yardstick draft tender documents , mr analysis in respect of provision of married accommodation for dsc platoon at new manglore , 1 . preparation structural design and calculation and perparation of comprehensive structural drawings ( incl detailed structural drawings ) as per bps and aes and ug sump / fire fighting as per cfees report in respect of provision of married accn for dsc platoon at new manglore . [ qty -2621 . 40 sqm ] 2 . ( a ) preparation of conceptual architectural drawings , three proposals with relevant details like plans , elevations , section etc , based on data attached as per approved board proceedings / approximate estimate part i & ii and local architectural norms / bye-laws . the conceptual drawings shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of director ( arch ) of hq ce ( cg ) goa . ( b ) after approval of conceptual drawings , final architectural drawings shall be prepared including schedule of finishes , ug sump , fire fighting , internal water supply and internal electrification drawings incorporating required changes / modifications as suggested by this hq and submit the same . the final drawings shall be got approved from director ( arch ) of hq ce ( cg ) goa . final architectural drawings to be submitted to this hq in hard copy ( on tracing sheets ) , duly signed by an authorized architect with ca number , as follows; i ) architectural workings drawings like all the floor plans , elevations and sections are to be in 1:100 scale . ii ) toilet , kitchen and stair details will be in 1:25 scale . iii ) other necessary details will be in convenient scale . iv ) site plan prepared be at 1:1000 or suitable scale . 3 . ( a ) preperation and submission of bill of quantity ( boq ) , yardstick for all building alongwith estimates as per scope in adm approval as per mes pattern including lift / fire fighting as per cefees report .
