( ii ) the contractor shall provide protective cloths & hand tools to their employees like overall combination gum boot , crash helmet , hand gloves , pliers , screw driver , tester etc . ( iii ) the contractor shall be liable for any damage to the installation/equipments ( if any ) while operating the same . , ( iv ) printed daily log sheet and other documents of installations shall be maintained by the electrician on duty . ( v ) contractor shall ensure that electricians on duty close his duty as required at site and directed by je i/c of installation . ( vi ) daily log sheet will be got checked/signed by the electrician from je every day and he will submit the log sheet at age e/m yard daily for record as per time given by the i/c installation . the je i/c of installation will sign the attendence register as per attendance/daily log sheet . the printed log sheet and attendance register shall be provided by the contractor .
