providing services for maintenance and operation of electric supply installation main receiving station at af station chimney hills providing services for maintenance and operation of electric supply installation ( main receiving station ) , providing services for manning and operation of the following electric supply installations at various locations for 24 hours daily by employing 01 ( one ) no electrician per shift of 08 hours for 03 shifts including sundays and holidays all as specified and as directed by engineer- in-chargea ) main receiving station ( power house ) comprising :- transformer 750 kva - 01 no , transformer 400 kva - 01 no . , transformer 200 kva - 01 no . , transformer 100 kva - 01 no , ht ocb - 04 nos . , servo voltage stabilizer 650 kva-01 no . , servo voltage stabilizer 200a - 02 nos . , servo voltage stabilizer 400 kva - 01 no . , lbs - 01 no . , dg set 30 kva - 01 no . , dg set 40 kva -01 no . , dg set 400 kva -01 no . & lt panels - 06 nos . ( b ) outdoor sub station no . 2 ( near smq ) comprising :- transformer 200 kva - 01 no . , transformer 100 kva - 01 no . , lt panels , etc . ( c ) outdoor sub station no . 3 ( near qmq ) comprising :- transformer 200 kva - 01 no . , lt panel , etc . note : ( a ) total number of persons to be employed per day : 03 ( three ) nos electricians skilled . electrician shall not leave the installation till the releiver attends duty . the contractor shall arrange suitable releiver during absence , weekly off , and leave period of the elecrician . timings of shifts shall be decided by engineer-in-charge . ( b ) following shall be the responsibility of contractor and the rates quoted shall deemed to inclusive of these aspects :- ( i ) the electrician on duty will carry out the daily / routine maintenance of installations such as cleaning of panels and their connected swich gears using blowers and checking the thimbles on regular basis and entering in the maintenance register and put up to je . the contractor shall provide all tools to tradesmen for routine maintenance . ( ii ) the electrician shall rectify minor defects for smooth functioning and to maintain uninterupted power supply during break down and also intimate to je /engr-in-charge . ( iii ) cleaning of installations including clearance of vegetation , wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installations and maintaining the garden , watering/planting flower/fruit bearing plants and watering to earth pits etc . ,
