job work job order for outsourcing services for manning and operation of electric supply installations/dg sets at sevoke road mil stn under ge sevoke road , providing services for comprehensive operation of main receiving station installation with ht vcbs in shift of 8 hours each by way of providing one skilled electrician in each shift and one unskilled helper in each shift , well acquainted with 11 kv vcbs network , configuration of ht 11 kv oh feeders emerging from mrs , 30 volt dc battery bank system able to perform switch board attendent duty in mrs for providing following services :- ( a ) atttending of all incloming and outgoint vcbs metering equipment and monitoring to loads and other parameters of incoming and outgoing feeders and maintaing duty log sheet . ( b ) attending service telephone and mobile phone for noting complaints etc . ( c ) taking reaing of all ht feeder and providing ht drop out fuses in any substations under within the cantt area . ( d ) cleaning of entire area of mrs and outside installation including cutting of grasses from the roots and keeping the premises clean . ( e ) carrying out of any duties in addition to above as assigned by the engineer-in-charge . ( f ) operation of standby dg sets installed in 33 kv powerhouse . total = 02 nos ( 01 skilled electrician + 01 x un-skilled helper ) per shift . ( manpower for 3 shift per day to be provided for 15 days i . e . total no of shift 03 x 15 = 45 shifts ) . , providing services for comprehensive operation of 33 kv receiving station installation with ht 33 kv and 11 kv vcbs in shifts of 8 hours each by way of providing manning in each shift for carrying out work as mentioned below :- a . one skilled electrician and one unskilled helper well acquinted with 33 kv and 11 kv vcbs network confuguration of ht 11 kv oh feeders emerging from mrs , 110 volt dc battery bank system able to perform switch board attendent duty in mrs for providing to following services :- ( a ) atttending of all incloming and outgoing vcbs metering equipment and monitoring to loads and other parameters of incoming and outgoing feeders and maintaing duty log sheet . ( b ) attending service telephone and mobile phone for noting complaints etc . ( c ) taking reaing of all ht feeder and providing ht drop out fuses in any substations under within the cantt area . ( d ) cleaning of entire area of mrs and outside installation including cutting of grasses from the roots and keeping the premises clean . ( e ) carrying out of any duties in addition to above as assigned by the engineer-in-charge . ( f ) operation of standby dg sets installed in 33 kv powerhouse . total = 02 nos ( 01 skilled electrician + 01 un-skilled helper ) per shift ( manpower for 3 shift per day to be provided for 15 days i . e . total nos of shifts 3 x 15 - 45 shiftsnote . for ser nos 01 and 02 . ( a ) minimum requirement of electrician required for providing m&o services as assessed for employing and additional manpower , however , necessary price adjustment on ( - ) minus side will be admitted by the employment on manpower at any particular day / duration falls below the minimum requirement based . such adjustments will be based on minimum fair wages or quoted rate which ever is higher . ( b ) before commencement of work , list of all employees / staff is to be submitted to ge alongwith qualification / experience , details and id proofs . ( c ) payment to all staff / employees for rendering services is to be made as minimum wagdes act at rates promulgated by central / state govt which ever is higher through bank account of employees . ( d ) at the time of submission of bill , proof in respect of payment made to the employees alongwith epf/pf details is also to be submitted . ( e ) duty roster and attendance register to be maintained . ( f ) . contractor should quote rates as per prevailing minimum wages as applicabel and considering all statutory payment as per govt rules in existing failing which tender will be treated as non bonafied and such bidder will be debarred for future quoting of tender for next six months .
