manning and operation of 33 kv main receiving station at military stn dhana . , services for running and operation of 33/11 kv sub stn round the clock by skilled person ( one electrician ) in each three shifts of 8 hrs / day for 11 months . maintenance and operation comprising of the following equipments and machineries installed in 33/11 kv main power house . total manning required as follows:- ( i ) electrician - 03 nos for 30 dayslist of machinery to be handled as follows :- ( a ) step down transformer 33/11 kv 1000 kva - 01 no . ( b ) vcb 33 kv 800 amps with remote panel - 01 no . ( c ) step down transformer 33/433 kv 100 kva - 01 no . ( d ) ocb 11 kv 800/400 amp with control panel - 05 nos . ( e ) ab switch 33 kv with gantry - 03 nos . ( f ) battery bank consisting of 15 nos - 01 set ( 02 volt batteries ) ( g ) battery charger - 01 no . ( h ) vcb & ocb operating handles - 02 nos . , contd . . . 1 . 01/- note:- ( i ) minimum qualification for electrician will be iti in electrical trade with minimum 05 years experience in operation and handling of transformer , vcbs , ocbs , ab switches , control panels , battery bank , metering , devices and other electrical equipments related to electric supply installations and well conversed with meters and capable to take reading to maint desired power factor and cmd all as directed and specified . ( ii ) any break down in electric supply should be reported immediately to engineer-in-charge . ( iii ) dress for trades man should be provided by contractor as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . ( iv ) necessary working tools for trades man shall be provided by contractor . , contd . . . 1 . 01/- ( v ) trades man should maintain daily log sheet , attendance register as specified and directed . . ( vi ) staff employed by the contractor shall be carry out daily cleaning of sub station , bldg and surroundings and keep in a presentable condition all time and all as directed and specified . ( vii ) the contractor shall carry out routine check and maintain log sheet on daily/weekly/monthly basis and upkeep the installation , rectify the normal troubles . ( viii ) first aid kit should be provided by the contractor . ( ix ) all stationery required in the complaint cell i . e . complaint register for registering complaint , log book , gate pass , duty derailment slip , duty roster etc shall be supplied by the contractor . ( x ) electronic communication ie mobile shall be provided with recharge balance by the contractor . ( xi ) insurance of the electrician/helper is borne by the contractor . ( xii ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work as per nit amount then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr/bgb in favour of accepting officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i . e . nit amount and quoted amount . in case the said fdr/bgb is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected . fdr/bgb shall be released only after finalization of final bill . note: the contractor shall pay minimum fair wages to labour as fixed by the govt of india/state govt under minimum wages act or contract labour ( abolition and regulation act ) , whichever is higher .
