provision of hiring of civil hired transport for office use of office of the age br nedumbassery under ge i cg kochi , provision of one number cht ( civil hired transport ) car related to provision of work services duties of the age b / r nedumbserry under ge ( i ) ( cg ) kochi ( 120 kms / 08hrs ) per vehicle per day . the vehicle is required to be provided only for a few days in a month as per actual requirement intimated by controlling authority . notes:- ( i ) addl rate for usage of vehicle as per requirements of addl hrs @ rs 170 . 00 each . ( ii ) addl rate of usage of vehilce as per reqirements in addl kms @ rs 16 . 00 each . ( iii ) no additional charges will be paid by the office of ge ( i ) cg kochi in case the vehile have to move outside kochi / nedumbasery limits . ( kozhikode / bepure , etc ) . ( iii ) the vehilce shall be in good mechanical contition and shall possess all requisite mandatory documents such as rc , valid insurance and pollusion certificate etc conform to the relevant rto regulations besides being roadworthy . ( iv ) the driver shall have valid driving license and shall be in proper uniform . ( v ) if required the vehicle shall be made available for age e / m ( cg ) kochi . ( vi ) vehicle shall be equiped with good upholstery with all necessary items and vehicle should not be older than two years . ( vii ) govt appointment board ( on govt duty ) shall be displayed both front and back of the vechicle as directed by engineer-in-charge without any extra cost . ( viii ) vehicle provided by contractor should be swift dizer , tata indigo or equivalent .
