job works for outsourcing of b / r and electromechanical services at binnaguri mil stn under ge ( south ) binnaguri , providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day b / r and e / m complaints to maintain livable and workable hygienic condition perfectally in order through out the period of job and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and up keeping of md & otm accommodation building in the station incl outstation on all working days except sundays and gazetted holidays alongwith all neccessary tools and plants complete as per requirment and as directed by engineer-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 08 hours . ( a ) deployment of tradsmen ( all semi-skilled ) per day will be as below:- ( i ) mason - 01 nos ( ii ) plumber - 04 nos ( iii ) electrician - 01 nos ( iv ) carpenter - 02 nos ypys; - 08 nos ( semi-skilled ) notes:- 1 . material / item required for repair / replacement will be issued under sch b as free for fixing . 2 . contractor has to provide maintenance services to the satisfaction of engr-in-charge and attend all day to day complaint in an effieient manner . accordingly if he has to deploy more manpower the same has to be provided by him without any extra cost to the govt . 3 . the contractor is deemed to have inspected / visited the premises / offices the area of which is included i the scope of work to ascertain the actual quantum of work involved . no claim for any misunderstanding regarding exact scope & nature of work involved shall be admissible . 4 . necessary t & p equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractor . 5 . payment to all staff / employees for rendering services is to be made as per min wages act of central / state minimum wages ( incl all statutory payment ) whichever is higher through bank account of employees . 6 . at the time of submission of bill , proof in respect of payment made to the employees alongwith epf / pf details is to be submitted . 7 . before commencement of work , list of all employees / staff is to be submitted to ge alongwith qualification / experience details and id proofs . 8 . contractor should quote rates as per prevailing minimum wages as applicabel and considering all statutory payment as per govt rules in existing failing which tender will be treated as non bonafied and such bidder will be debarred for future quoting of tender for next six months .
