job works for outsourcing of house keeping services for ge ( south ) binnaguri , deploying 01 nos of mali ( un-skilled ) for daily maint of plants , lawns , garden and surroundings area , cutting , trimming of shrubs and tree branches by deploying requisite / fufficient manpower on all working days including sunday , national holidays and closed holidays and as directed in the office of ge ( south ) binnaguri:- ( a ) mali ( unskilled ) - 01 nos . notes :- 1 . presence shall be ensured as per office timings and / or as directed 2 . all cutting tools shall be provided by contractor . , deploying of 03 nos multitask staff ( un-skilled ) for service of house keeping at office complex , maintenance of office environment , maintenance of office records , files equipement , other assets and distributing of files , photo copying etc by deploying requisite / sufficient manpower on all working days excluding sunday , national holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and as directed in the office of ge ( south ) binnaguri :- ( a ) multitask staff ( unskilled ) - 03 nos note 1 . the minimum qualification is 10th standard from any state / central govt board . 2 . presence shall be ensured as per office timings and / or as directed . , deploying of 03 data entry operator cum clerk ( semi-skilled ) for generation and maintenance of the report returns , typing of tender , job order updating of record and correspondences updating file system and other routine clerical job as directed by concerned officer ( s ) by deploying requisite / sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding sunday , national holidays and closed holidays complete all as specified and directed in the office of ge ( south ) binnaguri :- ( a ) data entry operator - 03 nos note:- 1 . data entry operator shall be qualified in computer application in addition to this data entry operator shall be able to run all computer software and programme incl knowledge of internet . date entry operator shall perform duties of clerkl as when required . 2 . presence shall be ensured as per office timings and / or as directed . note for item note ser no 1 to 3 :- 1 . payment to all staff / emplotees for rendering services is to be made as per min wages act of central / state minimum wages whichever is higher through bank account of employees . 2 . at the time of submission of bill , proof in respect of payment made to the employees alongwith epf / pf details is to be submitted . 3 . before commencement of work , list of all employees / staff is to be submitted to ge alongwith qualification / experience details and id proofs . 4 . duty roster and attendance register to be maintained . 5 . contractor should quote rates as per prevailing minimum wages as applicabel and considering all statutory payment as per govt rules in existing failing which tender will be treated as non bonafied and such bidder will be debarred for future quoting of tender for next six months .
