conservancy and house keeping services for mes otm accommodation and installations under ge kaluchak , provision of house keeping services for data entry operator for clerical work , i . e , compilation of the reports and returns , various data , generation of reports , keeping record of the progress of works , stores and entering of data in computers , uploading/loading of data on internet , to maintain control/srl number of files , opening of new file according to main heading of the subject dealt with various sections , each letter in files are serially numbered with back reference/ forward reference , docket/index sheet and updating of files etc . ordered/required on all working day in a shift of 8 hrs per day from 0900 hours to 1700 hours in a week ( except wednesday & saturday ) and in a shift of 5 hrs from 0900 hours to 1400 hours for two days in week ( wednessday & saturday ) by employing ( 05 nos ) five nos data entry operator , complete all as specified & directed . , notes :a ) . requisite qualification:- - 12th class pass from a recognised board with two year experiance and sound working & practical knowledge about computer . he should be having full knowledge of ms word , ms excell , ms power point and a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute of english typing . , provision of conservency services for offices & logistic installation safaiwala to maintain day to day service for cleaning of office complex premises including removing of waste , sludge etc from road , drain , complexes etc and disposal of waste as ordered/required on all working day in a shift of 8 hrs per day from 0800 hours to 1600 hours in a week ( except wednesday & saturday ) and in a shift of 5 hrs from 0800 hours to 1300 hours for two days in week ( wednessday & saturday ) by employing ( 07 nos ) seven nos safaiwala , complete all as specified & directed . notes :a ) . requisite qualification:- preferably literate and having experience in the same trade . b ) . necessary t&p , equipment , safety gear & transportation shall be provided by the contractors . , expenses incurred on the provn of consumable items like phenyl , acid , naptha balls & cakes , cleaning agents like vim , detergents , broom , brushes and dusters etc required for conrservancy services as specified in srl item no . 2 above . note : the consumable items for the particular month shall be deposited at the commencement of the month .
