supply and transportation of potable drinking water at dhq-15 okha under ge i cg porbandar , schedule a , transportation of potable water in bowser of cabacity 20000 liters from gorinja head works , gwssb , dwarka region to cg dhq-15 okha including necessary loading from the supply point and delivering at the sump at cg dhq -15 okha all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge . note :- the paymant for supply of water by gorinja head works , shall be made by the department . , supply of potable water obtained from the source other than md land in bowser of capacity 20000 liters to cg station at cg dhq-15 , including filling water into bowser and unloading water at sump , at cg dhq -15 okha complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge . note : ( a ) transporation from source of water to delivery point ( one way ) as per actual distance shall be measured and paid separately . ( b ) the source of supply should be got approved before commencement of supplies . , transportation of potable water in bowser of capacity 20000 liters from source other than md land to cg station at dhq-15 okha complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge . notes for item no 1 to 3: ( a ) number of bowsers required per day shall be as directed by the engineer-in-charge . the minimum expected requirement is four bowsers per day . ( b ) in case the contractor transports less number of bowsers than the required quantity , without prior approval of eic , for the difference in number of bowsers , penalty shall be levied at rs 2000/- per bowser or part thereof . ( c ) ge s decision on penalty is final and binding . ( d ) ( i ) a board of officers shall be ordered for determining the distance from the source of water to the place of delivery of water in case of supplies against item no 2 above . ( ii ) measurement and payment for transport shall be made for the distance from the source of water to the place of delivery .
