outsourcing of professional services of junior engineer for cwe army mumbai under ge west colaba mumbai , providing professional technical services with desired educational qualification for deploying junior engineers :- ( i ) to assist department officers/staff for carrying out following tasks and or perform duties directed by departmental officers/je complete all as specified :- ( a ) project implementtation ( b ) works management and contract management services ( c ) project planning services including site surveys , perliminary estimates , designs , drawings , details estimates , bill of quantities etc ( ii ) nos of junior engineers to deployed sahll be as under :- ( a ) junior engineer ( civil ) - 05 no ( b ) junior engineer ( e/m ) - 03 no ( c ) junior engineer ( qs&c ) - 02 nonote :- the unit rates quoted by the contractor in column 06 shall be net inclusive of all charges such as gst . insurance and other levies payable under respective statutes as applicable on the latest last date of bid submission i . e bid submission end date . ( iv ) the rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance . ( v ) the bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision . in case bidder consider nil profit and over head charges , the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid . ( vi ) in case the overall quoted rates are less than minimum wages including saturatory provisions mentioned above , such quotde bid shall be consider as non-bonafide bidder and the same shall not be considered for acceptance .
