outsourcing of services for operation of eandm installations of sre / gca , racee sqn and ssc at af station bareilly . , outsourcing of the services for operation of following e&m installations of any capacity , alongwith its connected equipments installed at various locations as detailed below by deploying 01 no . skilled category industrial person per shift , having 03 shifts of 08 hours per day including sundays and holidays , including routine maintenance as specified as per directions of ge / engineer-in-charge: - , ( i ) new sre / gca , ac plant . ( ii ) mafi substation no . 01 , ( i ) racee sqn , central ac plant . ( ii ) racee sqn , dg set - 01 no . , ( i ) service support centre , central ac plant . ( ii ) service support centre , dg set - 02 nos . , notes for item no . 1 . 01 to 1 . 03: - ( i ) it is the responsibility of engineer-in- charge / concerned je to ensure that attendance register is maintained at every installation duly signed kept on record and payment of tradesman for the number of days present will only be made . engineer-in-charge will ensure that payment of trademen are being paid as per prevailing minimum wages as circulated by the govt . of india or state govt . of up , which ever is high and certificate in this effect shall also be rendering by him . ( ii ) quoted rate of these items should not be equal or less than latest minimum wages . ( iii ) unit rate as quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the following mandatory payment , which is to be made by the contractor to the personal employed: - ( a ) minimum wages applicable for bareilly station as circulated by the govt . of india or state govt . of up , which ever is high , including revision thereof time to time as per govt . orders . ( b ) employers contribution / share of esi , as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue . ( c ) employers contribution / share of epf , as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue .
