outsourcing of services for operation of water supply installations and dg sets under af station bhowali . , outsourcing of the services for operation of following water supply installations of any capacity / type alongwith its connected equipments installed at various locations as detailed below by deploying 01 no . skilled category industrial person per shift , having 01 shift of 08 hours per day including sundays and holidays , including routine maintenance for trouble free , smooth functioning of the water supply installation as specified as per directions of ge / engineer-in-charge / concerned je: - , ( a ) pump house no . 2 alongwith dg set installed at pine post . , ( b ) pump house no . 3 installed between pines and lkt . , ( c ) pump house no . 4 alongwith all connected equipments installed between pines and lkt . , outsourcing of the services for operation of water supply installations ( pump house no . 1 and 2 of adm area ) of any capacity / type alongwith its connected equipments by deploying 01 no . skilled category industrial person per shift , having 03 shifts of 08 hours per day including sundays and holidays , including routine maintenance for trouble free , smooth functioning of the water supply installation as specified as per directions of ge / engineer-in-charge / concerned je . , outsourcing of the services for operation of dg sets of capacity 125 kva and 40 kva installed at af net and exchange location ( adm area ) alongwith its connected equipments by deploying 01 no . skilled category industrial person per shift , having 03 shifts of 08 hours per day including sundays and holidays , including routine maintenance for trouble free , smooth functioning of the installations as specified as per directions of ge / engineer-in-charge / concerned je . , notes for item no . 1 . 01 to 1 . 03 , 2 . 00 and 3 . 00: - ( i ) it is the responsibility of engineer-in- charge / concerned je to ensure that attendance register is maintained at every installation duly signed kept on record and payment of tradesman for the number of days present will only be made . engineer-in-charge will ensure that payment of trademen are being paid as per prevailing minimum wages as circulated by the govt . of india or state govt . of uttarakhand , which ever is high and certificate in this effect shall also be rendering by him . ( ii ) quoted rate of these items should not be equal or less than latest minimum wages . ( iii ) unit rate as quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the following mandatory payment , which is to be made by the contractor to the personal employed: - ( a ) minimum wages applicable for bhowali station as circulated by the govt . of india or state govt . of uttarakhand , which ever is high , including revision thereof time to time as per govt . orders . ( b ) employers contribution / share of esi , as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue . ( c ) employers contribution / share of epf , as applicable as per latest orders / policies in vogue . ( iv ) detailed notes are given in schedule a ( boq ) notes hereinbefore . all tenderers are advised to read all those notes carefully before quoting the tender .
