tender for outsourcing of conservancy and housekeeping services for ge ( a ) baroda , outsourcing of housekeeping and conservancy services ( sweeper ) for ge office , aincluding sub divisions ( from 0800hrs - 1600 hrs ) duration for each working day . note : 1 . nos of min person required per day - 06 nos . 2 . unit rate shall be of per day basis for 06 sweaper / conservancy . 3 . qualification & experience - ( i ) should be well conversent of hindi languages in reading / writing . ( ii ) should have experience / proficiency in the similar work . 4 . scope of works - cleaning / moping / brooming down of office permisses , dusting of tables / chairs and cleaning of toilets every working day in morning . disinfection of rooms , removal of cob-webs , cleaning of window glass panes , doors once in a week . cleaning of roofs / drains before onset of mansoon . 5 . t&p -tools like brooms , brushes , dusters etc & consumable materilas like phenyle , acid , floor cleaner shall be provided by contractor & cost of these shall be deemed inclusive in unit rate . , water shall be provided by mes .
