repairs to 250 kva transformer at adm area at mil stn dappar under ge ( p ) dappar , ( a ) taking down defective distribution transformer 11/0 . 433 kv capacity 250 kva from 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure / plinth mounted and transportation to workshop and back after carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts and refixing , including installation , commissioning testing on load as specified . opening of transformer top cover by unscrewing nuts , bolts etc and keeping aside and getting out transformer oil , isolation of hv & lv winding from tank and checking , testing by technical expert team , rewinding of 11 kv ht / lt side out of 11 / 0 . 433kv , distribution transformer with super enameled copper conductor as per existing size and gauge with providing f class insulating materials and carrying out varnishing , drying by electric furnace . note : ht/lt coil for rewinding of transformer shall be measured seperately in respective item . each -01 job .
