( b ) duty roster shall be prepared in advance for each month duly signed by the duty contractor & engineer-in-charge and display in each pump house showing the person on duty in each shift including the reliever for off duty as per labour act . ( c ) operation and maint of chlorine dosing pump to ensure super chlorination of water . ( d ) operation of dg set in case of failure of electric supply . ( e ) operation & maint of all plants such as iron removal chlorine dozer etc including back washing to get clean water . ( f ) log sheets to be maintained of all equipment pump house wise in standard proforma to make record in consultation with engineer-in-charge . ( 150 days x 48 shift / day = 7200 shifts ) , basic rate per person per shift incl of gst , epf per person per shift incl of gst , esic per person per shift incl of gst , bonus per person per shift incl of gst , lwc per person per day ( shift ) incl of gst , overhead and profit per person per shift incl of gst
