/ vt in the relevant trade with 3 years of relevant experience ] in general shift of 08 hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours ] including sundays & holidays by receiving , registering and attending day to day complaints , rectification of complaints , maintaining the complaint cell and maintaining necessary records & documents , complete all as specified and directed . note: contractor shall provide all the tools and tackles as specified in particular specification to the workmen for carrying out day to day maintenance and up keep of the married accommodation & otm accommodation and the rate quoted nct / vt in the relevant trade with 3 years of relevant experience or metric / ssc qualified with 6 years of relevant experience ] in general shift of 08 hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours ] including sundays & holidays by receiving , registering and attending day to day complaints , rectification of complaints , maintaining the complaint cell and maintaining necessary records & documents , complete all as specified and directed . note: contractor shall provide all the tools and tackles as specified in particular specification to the workmen for carrying out day to day maintenance and up keep of the married accommodation & otm accommodation and the rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be including the same . nothing shall be paid extra on this account . , providing / outsourcing of services of helper / mate [ semi skilled carpenter / plumber / mason ] for carrying out day to day maintenance and up keeping of married accommodation & otm accommodation under ge [ naval depot ] at visakhapatnam by providing services of eleven [ 11 ] nos . of helpers / mate [ semi skilled carpenter / plumber / mason ] [ metric / ssc qualified with 3 years of relevant experience ] in general shift of 08 hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours ] including sundays & holidays by receiving , registering and attending day to day complaints , rectification of complaints , maintaining the complaint cell and maintaining necessary records & documents , complete all as specified and directed . note: contractor shall provide all the tools and tackles as specified in particular specification to the workmen for carrying out day to day maintenance and up keep of the married accommodation & otm accommodation and the rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be including the same . nothing shall be paid extra on this account . , providing / outsourcing of services of safaiwala for carrying out day to day cleaning and sweeping / mopping of floors [ internal & external ] including verandahs , corridors , roofs , cleaning / dusting of furniture and rearranging thereafter , cleaning of doors , windows , glass panes , cleaning of toilets , disinfection of rooms , toilets etc . including cleaning of cob-webs , cleaning and roots , cleaning of roads , paths , hardstanding , parks etc . , open / covered drains , removal of garbage from dustbin , waste material buckets from the rooms and disposing off to the designated place of married accommodation & otm accommodation under ge [ naval depot ] at visakhapatnam by providing services of eight [ 08 ] nos . of safaiwalas in general shift of 08 hours [ 0900 to 1700 hours ] including sundays & holidays complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge . note: consumables such as general cleaners , toilet cleaners , acids , phenyl , naphthalene balls , and disinfectants etc . shall be supplied by the department as required basis . however , the contractor shall provide brooms , brooms with bamboo stick , soft brooms , shovels , shovels with long bamboo handles , flexible bamboo / nylon strings or flexible pvc pipes etc . for cleaning sewers , drains etc . day to day maintenance and up keep of the married accommodation & otm accommodation and the rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be including the same . nothing shall be paid extra on this account .
