( iv ) duty roster and attendance register to be maintained . qty : 270 days x 02 = 540 shifts , deploying of 06 nos semi-skilled per day in one shift of 8 hours of providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day complaints ( b / r ) in liable and workable condition perfectly in order through out of the period and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and upkeeping of all married and other than married and otm accn buildings including map accn on all working days ( except sundays and gazetted holidays ) alongwith all necessary tools and plants complete as per requirement enumerated in particulars specification and as directed by engr-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 8 hours note : ( i ) material / items required for repair / replacement will be issue under such be b free for fixing . ( ii ) apart from attending the complaints during day shift registering and attending complaints recd during working hours shall also be provided . ( v ) necessary t & p equipment and safty gear shall be provided by the contractor . qty : 270 days x 06 = 1620 shifts , deploying of 03 nos un-skilled per day in one shift of 8 hours for providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day complaints ( b / r ) in liable and workable condition perfectly in order through out of the period and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and upkeeping of all married and other than married and otm accn buildings including map accn on all working days ( except sundays and gazetted holidays ) alongwith all necessary tools and plants complete as per requirement enumerated in particulars specification and as directed by engr-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 8 hours . note : ( i ) material / itms required for repair / replacement will be issue under such be b free for fixing . ( v ) necessary t & p equipment and safty gear shall be provided by the contractor . qty : 270 days x 03 = 810 shifts , deploying of 03 nos electric ( semi-skilled ) in each day per shift of 8 hours for providing comprehensive maintenance service by attending day to day e / m complaints in livable and workable hygenic condition perfectly in order through out the period of job work and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and up keeping of married and other than married and otm accn buildings on all working days ( except sundays and gazetted holidays ) alongwith all necessary tools and plants complete as per requirement enumerated in particulars specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge with deployment of requiste tradesmen in single ( days ) shift of 8 hours . ( a ) electrician ( semi-skilled ) - 03 nos , deploying of 02 nos helper ( un-skilled ) for providing comprehensive maintenance service by assisting the tradesmen for attending day to day e / m complaints trrough petty for maintenance and keeping of md & otm accommodation building in the station on all working days ( except sundays and gazetted holidays ) complete as per requirement and as directed by engineer-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 08 hours . notes for item ser no 01 and 02 :- ( a ) material / item required for repairs / replacement will be issued under schedule b as free for fixing . ( b ) a part from attending the complaints during day shift , round the clock services for registering and attending emergency complaints received during non- working hourse shall also be provided . ( c ) in case extra manpower is required to achieve the required efficacy , the same will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to govt . ( d ) the contractor is deemed to have inspected / visited the premises / offices the area of which is includded in the scope of work to ascertain the actual quantum of work involved . ( e ) necessary t & p and safety gear shall be provided by the contractor . ( f ) payment to all staff / employees for rendering services is to be made as minimum wages act at testes promulgated by central / state govt which ever is higher through bank account of employees . ( g ) ( i ) at the time of submission of bill , proof in respect of payment made to the employees alongwith epf / pf details is alos to be submitted .
