( ii ) diploma in civil engineering from a recognised institute or university or board or equivalent with working knowledge of ms office and ms excel software and two years experience in quantity surveying , estimation , e-tendering , contract management , etc . or ( iii ) passed intermediate examination in building and quantity surveying sub-division-ii of the institute of surveyors ( india ) with working knowledge of ms office and ms excel software and two years experience in quantity surveying , estimation , e-tendering , contract management , etc . services to render:providing technical services ( quantity surveying ) as given below through qualified civil engineers: ( a ) preparation of estimates manual as well as using computer softweres .
