outsourcing of housekeeping and conservancy services under gei kanpur , providing conservancy services by engaging conservancy staff 09 nos ( including 02 nos malis ) in one shift duty of 8 hrs per day excluding sundays and gazetted holidays , complete all as specified and directed . , notes for item no . 1 . 00 , conservancy staff- 07 nos for internal and external conservency services 08:00 am to 04:00 pm . , mali-02 nos for conservency services for maintaining lawns & plants etc 09:00 am to 05:00 pm , conservancy services shall include external , internal & mali conservancy services etc . , mali engaged on the work will have sufficient work experience to the satisfaction and approval of engineer-in-charge . , conservancy staff shall be distributed to carry out above services in different areas under aor of ge ( i ) kanpur as per site requirement and as directed by engr-in-charge . necessary transportation shall be arranged by contractor . , penalty for absent on duty:- ( i ) for absence of conservancy staff including malis at work place , the contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of double the prevailing minimum wages as fixed by the central govt . /state govt or quoted rate whichever is higher per absentee per day . ( ii ) no additional recovery except as mentioned above will be effected from the quoted rates in schedule a/ boq on account of such cases . , all conservancy staff including maali on work should be in proper uniform as directed by engr-in-charge . , t&p and material like cleaning agent , disinfictants , brooms of any size , wiper , wiping cloth , napthalene balls etc . will be provided by the department . however , all t&p for malis shall be provided by contractor . , providing housekeeping services by engaging housekeeping staff ( data entry operators ) , 02 nos in one shift duty of 8 hrs per day i . e 09:00 am to 05:00 pm excluding sundays and gazetted holidays complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge . , notes for item no . 2 . 00 , housekeeping staff shall be min 10+2 , computer litrate and well concersant in various application softwares such as ms office or any other relevant softwares etc . the purpose for engaging the data operators to provide all services related to data entry in computer in aor of of ge i kanpur . the data entry operator shall carefully handle the instruments like computers and printers , etc . further if any fault developed due to negligence of operator engaged on the work , the same shall be rectified by contractor without any extra cost to department . ges decision in this regard shall be final and conclusive . , penalty for absent on duty:- ( i ) for absence of data entry operator at work place , the contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of double the prevailing minimum wages as fixed by the central govt . /state govt or quoted rate whichever is higher per absentee per day . ( ii ) no additional recovery except as mentioned above will be effected from the quoted rates in schedule a/ boq on account of such cases . , general notes:- , staff/ operator/ workmen employed under this work shall mark their attendence in attendence register kept with engineer-in-charge or at place as decided by engineer-in-charge . , attendence in attendence register shall be marked twice in a day during the duty hours; firstly at the start of duty hours and secondly at the completion of duty hours before leaving the assigned duty place . , payment to the contractor shall only be issued as per the attendance of staff/ operator/ workmen registered in the attendence register . , contractor shall regularly monitor and verify the attendance being marked in the attendance register and bring any absence or change of staff/ operator/ workmen to the notice of engineer-in charge in writing immediately , employment of staff/ operator/ workmen and payment thereof shall be regulated by epf & mp act 1952 as amended time to time by goi
