outsourcing of services for manning and operation of central type ac plant at 9 brd tech area p208 p209 and map pocket 2 ph 2 wing at af stn pune , out sourcing of services for operation of central/package type ac plants for maintaining the specified temp and humidity by operating the ac plants & its control , electric panel , condenser & chiller pump sets , cooling tower , ahus , humudifire & dehumidifire , heater banks , control sluice /butterfly valves etc including taking and recording roomwise temp , humudity in log sheet hourly , keeping the plant in presentable condition by daily cleaning of machinery , panels , inside and outside area of plant room , cleaning of cooling tower & filter of ahus forthnightly etc by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic per shift ( 8 hrs shift ) for the following ac plants in two shift per day ( except sunday & holiday ) complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge:- first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrssecond shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , ( i ) central water cooled chiller type ac plant of capacity 26 tr ( 1x26 tr running & 1x26 standby ) , 3x condeser pump set , 3x chiller pump set , 1x cooling tower , 1x ahu at terc lab & ( ii ) central water cooled chiller type ac plant of capacity 26 tr ( 1x26 tr running & 1x26 stand by ) 3x condeser pump set , 3x chiller pump set , 1x cooling tower , 1x ahuat p-53 bldg , ( i ) central ac plant dx type of cap 36 tr ( 2x18 tr running and 1x 18 tr as standby ) 3x condenser pump set , 1x cooling tower , 1x ahu etc at abr bay & ( ii ) central ac plant dx type of cap 36 tr ( 2x18 tr running and 1x 18 tr as standby ) 3x condenser pump set , 1x cooling tower , 1x ahu etc at ds bay , out sourcing of services for operation of central/package type ac plants for maintaining the specified temp and humidity by operating the ac plants & its control , electric panel , condenser & chiller pump sets , cooling tower , ahus , humudifire & dehumidifire , heater banks , control sluice /butterfly valves etc including taking and recording roomwise temp , humudity in log sheet hourly , keeping the plant in presentable condition by daily cleaning of machinery , panels , inside and outside area of plant room , cleaning of cooling tower & filter of ahus forthnightly etc by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic per shift ( 8 hrs shift ) for the following ac plants round the clock in three shift per day including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge:- first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrssecond shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs third shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , central ac plant chiller water cooled chiller type of capacity 200 tr ( 2x100 tr running & 1x100 tr standby ) 2x chiller pump sets , 2x condenser pump set , 3x ahus 1x cooling tower at d level facility , out sourcing of services for operation of central/package type ac plants for maintaining the specified temp and humidity by operating the ac plants & its control , electric panel , condenser & chiller pump sets , cooling tower , ahus , humudifire & dehumidifire , heater banks , control sluice /butterfly valves etc including taking and recording roomwise temp , humudity in log sheet hourly , keeping the plant in presentable condition by daily cleaning of machinery , panels , inside and outside area of plant room , cleaning of cooling tower & filter of ahus forthnightly etc by deploying one skilled refrigration mechanic per shift ( 8 hrs shift ) for the following ac plants in two shift per day including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge:- first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrssecond shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , central ac plant water cooled dx type of capacity 20 tr ( 2x10 tr running and 1x10 tr standby ) , 2x condenser pump sets , 1x cooling tower , 1x ahu installed at p-70 , central ac plant air cooled type 13 tr ( 2x6 . 5 trrunning & 1x6 . 5 tr standby ) , 1x ahu at p-209 and package ac plant air cooled type of capacity 11 tr ( 2x5 . 5 tr ) at p-208 . , outsourcing of services for operation of map pocket 2 pump house and operation of connected valves for two shift and each shift of 08 hrs i . e . 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs on all working days including sunday and holiday with one fgm and keep installation neat and clean in inspecting position complete and directed by engr-in-charge . , note :- for srl item no 1 . 00 to 4 . 00 ( i ) contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance . ( ii ) the operator shall be iti qualified in refrigeration or shall have minimum 05 years experience in operation of central ac plants . ( iii ) contractor shall ensure attendance of all operators shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor against each shift/item shall be made . ( iv ) all necessary t&p including uniform shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost . the rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates of the items . ( v ) the contractor shall provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book , attendance register etc to the operator for maintenance the plant running record . ( vi ) all operator shall wear proper uniform on duty . ( vii ) contractor have to submit the payment proof in aadhar linked accouts of operators account at the time of submission of rar . ( viii ) contractor shall provide notice board of each installation with in 15 days from the date of commencement of contract . ( ix ) area cleaning including cutting of grasses etc up to 3 meters from the plinth protection all around plant room and cooling tower ( x ) contractor shall submit the monthly duty roster of each installation before 03 days of respective month . ( xi ) suitable reliever to be provided during off shift operator as per the labour law . ( xii ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work , then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr/bgb in favour of accepting officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount . in case the said fdr/bgb is not submitted within the stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected . fdr/bgb shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable . ( xiii ) the minimum wages are revised every six months , therefore the rates quoted shall be applicable as on bid submission end date and the bidder shall undertake to pay only as per minimum wages revised from time to time in future during the contract period and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account .
